Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Individual orders are produced and packaged separately. Manufacturing requires up to 3 business days following order confirmation. Upon dispatch, customers receive a shipment notice, though tracking details are not shared.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

A U.S. printing partner manages all shipments using major carriers including UPS and FedEx. We do not ship directly; the fulfillment partner oversees logistics entirely.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days post-dispatch

Fast delivery (optional): 48 hours from dispatch to carrier delivery (additional fee applies at checkout)

Estimates are non-binding. Carrier delays, weather, or other external circumstances are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Delivery Area

Shipping is available only within the United States and Canada. International delivery is not available at this time.

5. Shipping Fees and Promotions

Fees are calculated at checkout based on location, delivery method, and weight. Free-shipping promotions may be offered, modified, or discontinued at our discretion without advance notice.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact support within 14 days of the delivery date for lost or damaged items. We will investigate and may issue a replacement per our Replacement Policy.

7. Gift Credits

Gift credits are delivered digitally and instantly by email – there is nothing to ship, and no shipping fee applies to the purchase of a gift credit. Any physical book later ordered using a gift credit is produced and shipped under the policy above.
